Counselling and support services

The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) can provide you with counselling and support, if something has happened to you, or a complaint has been made against you, in the workplace.

If you currently work, or have previously worked, in a Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplace, the PWSS can provide you with free, confidential, and trauma‑informed support.

The PWSS can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

You can also attend the PWSS office in person at M2.105 at Parliament House. 8:30 am to 7:00 pm (AEDT/AEST) Monday to Wednesday during sitting weeks, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST) on all other business days. PWSS staff members are available to meet with you face-to-face or virtually at a time that suits you.

Meetings can be arranged either at Parliament House or offsite.
