Contacting the IPSC

To contact the IPSC, you can email us at enquiry@ipsc.gov.au or fill out the form below and submit. You can contact us via phone at 1800 01 4772 (1800 01 IPSC), but please note complaints must be made in writing, and cannot be anonymous. 

To make a complaint, you need to be, or have been affected by the alleged conduct. Complaints must include: 

  • details of the allegation,
  • evidence to support the complaint, and
  • the complainant's name and contact details. 

Please note, the IPSC is an independent workplace investigation framework for Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participants. This means that members of the public cannot submit complaints. Complaints must be made by Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participants as defined by the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service Act 2023 (the Act).

Get support

The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) can provide you with counselling and support, if something has happened to you, or a complaint has been made against you, in the workplace. 

The PWSS can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
