Members of the public cannot submit complaints
To contact the IPSC, please email enquiry@ipsc.gov.au. Please note that complaints must be submitted in writing and cannot be made anonymously.

Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
Media Enquiries
You can contact the media team between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (AET) via text at 0473 591 630 and via email at media@ipsc.gov.au.
All media enquiries must be received in writing. Please provide a summary of your enquiry, list specific questions and include a deadline for the response.
We will be in touch as soon as we can, and we will let you know if we are able to make any stated deadline.
Please note: the IPSC maintains strict confidentiality about the details of individual matters. In some cases, people using our services will self-disclose their participation with the IPSC to media. This does not mean that the IPSC will comment on the details of individual matters.
