If you work or have worked in a Commonwealth parliamentary workplace, free and confidential support is available through the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS).
Contacting the Police
If you are in immediate danger or believe a crime has occurred, your safety is the priority and you are encouraged to contact local police. We recognise that this can feel difficult, and it is your choice whether and when to take this step.
If you are unsure, you may wish to seek support from a trusted person or a professional service to help consider your options. The PWSS Wellbeing Support team is available 24/7 and can assist with counselling and referrals.
