Are you a current or former Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participant? (required)
i.e. are you a:
  • parliamentarian
  • Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 employee
  • Parliamentary Service employee
  • a person who carries out work for a parliamentarian predominantly at a Commonwealth parliamentary workplace
  • another person who works predominantly at a Commonwealth parliamentary workplace
  • Australian Federal Police appointee or Australian Public Service employee predominantly working from Parliament House, or
  • a COMCAR driver

You do not meet the eligibility requirements to lodge a complaint with the IPSC.

The IPSC are unable to accept complaints directly from members of the public. Please refer to the PWSS Act Part 2A - Division 3, Section 24A for additional information.

Are you prepared to: (required)
  • submit a complaint in writing with details of the alleged conduct, and
  • provide any evidence to support the complaint, and
  • list the complainant's name and contact details

The IPSC is unable to investigate conduct issues arising from anonymous statements or complaints that do not contain sufficient information to assess the matter. Your eligibility falls within the minimum requirements outlined under the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service Act 2023.
